Placing Order

Acknowledgement of Order

We will notify you by email within 24 hours that your order was received.

If you do not received an acknowledgement that means we did not receive your order

Artwork

Your order must be in Vector Format Adobe Illustrator in curves or outlines in: ai,eps,pdf or tiff

If you do not have any of those we can do it for you at a cost of $15.00 per logo

If you are only putting words like ABC Company, etc. a word file will work.

The $40 Screen charge covers printing in 1 color on 1 side.

The $10 Computer art charge covers placing your logo, etc on the item per your instructions

We will email you a proof for your approval before we go to production.

Once you approve the artwork we will schedule it for production and give you a ship date.

Production Time

Normal production time is 7-15 days after order is received and artwork approved.

Cancellations

After approval your order goes to production. Order Cancellation is subject to cost incurred to that point.

Rush Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available. Product cost will be the same but shipping will increase.

Shipping of Custom Print Orders

Shipping Charges will be prepaid and added to invoice

We ship UPS, Fedex, Truck or LTL in the USA and Canada.

We can Drop Ship to several locations for additional charge of $15.00 per location.

Shipping on Palletts will be a charge of $6.00 for each pallet.

You can arrange your own shipping or use your account Number.

We cannot be held liable for delivery problems once the carrier picks up.

Orders placed by 4 PM Eastern time usually ship the same day Free by US Postal 1st class mail delivery.US Destination only.

We can ship your order by UPS Ground for $3.99. Look for details at Checkout!

Shipping to Canada and other countries is normally by US Postal International Delivery

UPS,Fedex expedited shipping available for additional cost. Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.
